Bacon Explosion
Has anyone heard of this yet? It's a wild time I bet! It's all over the world with over 300,000 views and growing so fast, the original site is down at the moment.
The original site: http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/
A site I found to view what all the excitement was about: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/28/dining/28bacon.html?no_interstitial
What do you guys think? Should we give it a go?

Re: Bacon Explosion
This thread made me join.
I saw the bacon Explosion when it first hit the web. I immediately started forming my plan of attack, one problem. No smoker at the time, I am currently 2 hours into my first cook on my new excel 20.
Anyway, I built the B/E and enlisted my neighbor who just happens to have a big green egg and we made beautiful music together.
Here is my 'build'.
