Scotch Eggs Q-veiw

Post  Fenman on Sun Mar 30, 2008 12:56 pm

Try some homemade scotch eggs yesterday & wow there amazing!
Soft boil the eggs, cover with 10mm sausage meat. Dip in egg wash then in flour, back in egg wash, then cover with homemade breadcrumbs. Hot-smoked with pear wood at 250f for 25 mins. Great for the Summer barb-be Very Happy
Must get back to my 1st try at brisket. Will post the results.

Those look great, glad they turned out well.
