I'm the only one in my house who will touch grits...usually carry a carton of them in the BBQ Bus to cook up at contests; with some smoked salmon and fatties or scotch eggs (at the last contest)...mmm...good eating!
I tend to like my eggs fried over easy instead of scrambled...must have had the scrambled to often as a kid...I like 'em so the yolks are runny.
