I've purchased a ProQ Marinade Injector 
but unfortunately there were no basic recipes in it
what is a good basic recipe for turkey / chicken , and pork to inject

Sorry I can't help you Treegje but I tend to marinate instead of injecting. I assume Mack will be able to help you out as he is selling the equipment so has presumably run a load of tests during development.

Hi Treegje,
I usually use it to inject coca cola, apple juice and such like, but you can inject any marinade, as long as it doesn't contain large bits, as these can block the needle.

For Pork, try Googling "Chris Lilly Pork Injection". I use this, or one similar to Dr BBQ's injection.
I had a great one for Turkey, I will try to find. Computer HD crash, lost most of that stuff. I will post if I can find it.
