Re: Big K Barbeques
Never had a Big K BBQ but have used a lot of their Charcoal.
Points I would look for in a BBQ would be:
1. Must have a lid;
2. I like to be able to get to the coals without taking the lid off;
3. Try to get a Porcelain enamelled bowl and lid it should last much longer;
4. Make sure you have vents so you can control temperature;
5. I would like to fit a beer can chicken on mine so the distance from the cooking grate to the top of the lid at its height is important for me.
This next one is me just being picky, I like to be able to either rest the lid or hang it somewhere, after a smoke I often have yellow circles in my grass where the lids have scorched it. I don't like putting it on the patio as I tend to get runs from condensation that drip and stain.
Hope this is of use and not too late!!!
