I need to get a thermometer for the fire temp & one for the meat. (to go with my new birthday pressy)
Which ones get the thumbs up. I have an address in Dallas TX where they can be delivered. Any good websites??

The best one is definately the maverick ET 73.

Thanks for your replies, just as i thought the Mav ET73 was the one.
Not available over here, so ordered it for delivered to TX.
It will be a toss-up to see which will arrive 1st my new new '20' or the

I'll have to get one of those, for now I use a Taylor and a Thermapen.
