What fuel are you using

for smoking and grilling?

Anyone use the Coconut shells BBQ charcoal or anything of that sort. Any information you guys have would be great.

Al, I often use the coconut briquettes... they leave very little ash (like lumpwood) and burn long and evenly (like briquettes). The only downside is that they are not widely available.

I'm new to this, the only coals I have used are the coconut ones, they seem to work very well, but I have nothing to compare them to.
