Thanks guys it was all done in about two weeks from the time we got it to the shop. We worked a few hours each day when they had a spare moment and over the Easter weekend. It would have been faster if we worked straight through on it but he has a business to run.




It took a bit of fuel in the first hour but it soon settled down.

She ran with one fuel cell for the smoking but next time I'll add the second one in for grilling.

what a relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!! up till now i hadnt seen a beer in shot, looks great.............. the smokers turned out good too.

It was a fun build and I cand wait to build it's twin.
Todays cook was exciting to say the least not to mention we ran out of food. That's a good thing really.
