Yup this little guy is doing triple duty now. She's made from some stainless plate I had sitting around and started life as a heat difuser for Half Pint.

What a way to wake up this morning! Just got out of bed, got a cup of coffee, now I'm wanting some of your chixpops! Man, those look awesome! What kind of sauce do you have there?

Doc,

You sure know how to make a grown man drool all over himself! In one of the pics, I see the bacon you wrapped those lucky birds in. The big question is the seasoning and how in the world I can make a holder like you have. I guess it can be done on the regular grate, but who wants to be simple right? How long did they cook and at what temp?

Hey everyone,

What do you think of this for lollipop chicken?

I placed an order for one. Doc had me hooked with pics. I think I'll get a lot of use out of this... Surprised. It was very hard finding this item. Doc's invention (and pics, of course!) led to this search. Doc, what did you use for seasoning? The bacon is already salty, I don't want to add to it, you know?
