Half pint

Ya I know I don't need another smoker and I can't even use the ProQ yet bit I came across this lil drum and had to give it a home.

lol I just wouldn't be able to sleep knowing it was headed to the crusher before it even matured. No HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Oops sorry forgot to post pictures I'll get them op in the mornig.

The drum was from work and was ued only as a container to hold a shipment that was contained in a seperate sealed bag.
I trandformed it into a smoker then seasoned.

The intakes will be changed to a reduced size in the next few days if I can scrounge up the parts. 3/4 works well but I want a bit more controll at lower temps.

Just a quick spatch cock with sea salt, pepper, chili, oregano, rosemary evoo,butter and tangerine juice and slices.


Smoked it low over pecan and cherry then ran the temps through the roof after the flip.





All done. High temps made for perfect skin.

Finished of the last of it this morning by making chicken omlets.They didn't omlet very well so we ended up with chicken scrambled eggs. Razz
