Rotisserie Chooks on the ProQ Excel 20
The fuel (for the cook).
Chooks on (one is firey hot, hence the foil between the 2).
Getting crisperized!
Done to perfection!
Rested for 15 minutes, then carved.

Did you use any wood for flavor or just briquets?
Is that rotisserie an add on or one you are selling?

I used some cherry smoke Squeezy, the Rotiss is something I'm toying with, possible accessory for the Excel.

I wouldn't mind doing a goose for Christmas on one.

Sadly Al, it's already been snaffled!
I'll be making another one soon, but not in time for Christmas.
