BBQ and Grill weekend.

We have a long and beautiful last weekend and the EXEL was first used.










on thursday i want make a brisket and pulled pork on the EXEL.
any tips ?

That all looks really good. Is that corn bread in the skillet?

Brisket & butts, eh? Good stuff there! Minimum thoughts...Low & Slow to 198*F...wrap & rest for at least 30 minutes before pulling and/or slicing. Enjoy!

I have no water pan used. the pork was on the EXEL 4-5 hours at 150-170°C.
