Just knocked up a couple of Salmon and Cod steaks in the wood wraps, Cod fairly plain as my son Jamie doesn’t have much of an exciting pallet. 



It’s not dazzling, took about 10 mins prep time but here is what I did for dinner: 



1 25cl Bottle of Echo Falls Spritz (Christmas Left Over)

Hoisin Sauce

Dijon Mustard

Pepper Grinder

Coarse Sea Salt

2 Lemons

Fresh Parsley

Unsalted Butter
