			<description>Some tips on how to get your unit up to the right temperature easily (200 - 250 DegF):

1. Top Vent - The vent on the lid must remain fully open during cooking, if closed, it will restrict the airflow and this may cause the fire to go out. Use the bottom vent to control the temperature.

2. Water pan - Use hot water to start with and only fill it to 3/4 full. Use less water for shorter cooks. The water pan may be run dry, but it is best to foil it 1st, in order to enable an easy cleanup.

			<description>Being ex-army I have had plenty of experience cleaning married quarters for &quot;March Out&quot;. Anyway, I decided to give a go an old method for getting the grime of the inside of ovens.



I bought a tin of household ammonia and placed my grates, water pan and anthing that would fit inside a bin liner (Baby Weber) along with a towel. I poured the Ammonia on the towel and sealed the bag.

			<description>After you quICKLy responded to my email....concerning the fact that the base is ceramic and the rest is powder coated......I placed my order. 



I did not want a painted unit. 



Looking forward to getting it and will post my reviews after usage!



I got the grill and the stacker. I am told to expect it sometime in JUNE.....



I hate waitin!

			<description>This is the base unit, all that needs to be done, is to attach the 3 "U" shaped legs. Take care not to over-tighten the nuts, as the base is porcelain coated.



Charcoal Basket



Simply put the charcoal basket into the base unit.



Place the first cooking chamber (Stacker) on to the base unit... Stacker's come with handles, probe eyelet, latches and grill brackets pre-assembled.



Place the waterpan into the cooking chamber (see the second image to see it's location on the bracket).

			<description>After a few uses, the inside body and parts of the unit will become coated with a protective layer of smoke residue, this helps prevent rust and also helps to seal the unit (this is known as curing).

The only items that need to be cleaned thoroughly after use are the cooking grills, water pan and base unit (leaving ash in the base is a no no, as when combined with moisture it forms a corrosive substance, that may devour your charcoal basket.
