Hi from Tarves in NE Scotland

Been a bbq'r for a number of years now, took on a new meaning when I acquired a Cactus Jack Smoker 16" for a 'song' (and I mean a song!!!!)the guy won it in a raffle and only used it once obviously not aware of the price of them.......Lucky me!!
Look forward to sharing some good recipes and meeting some like minded people, its a passion isn't it?
