Hello From Tucson, Arizona
Hi folks,
I have been slow BBQing for years and have competed in a few of the limited competitions (1 or 2 meats) here in AZ. Best showing was a 3rd place in ribs. I currently have 2 offset smokers (New Braunfels and Oklahoma Joe) and an old Brinkman Gourmet.

I had been eyeing getting a WSM, but they kept getting more and more expensive. Finally found out, by accident, about ProQ and got an Excel 20, with an extra stacker from an AZBBQA member. Just set it up, but haven't used it yet. I am looking forward to trying it out.
