Hello all! After lurking for a while I thought it was about time I registered. I have just become the proud owner of a Weber one touch gold. I know this site is mostly about low and slow cooking, but from other sites I have looked at and from my own half a**ed efforts over the weekend, I know that the Weber is capable of quite a bit. I will no doubt be picking members brains for info in due course.
