Limerick

I should have an automatic place for this event after the British BBQ Championships, I have just sent an email to Billy Kelly to get confirmation.

Point 1. I doubt anything was formalised after the comp so am not holding my breath.
Point 2. I will probably be stateside in which case i will see if i can transfer entry
to another team.

Looks like it would be fun though............... confused

Is this the competition that was offered as a Prize at the Champs at Ilminster back in June?

Yes, It was the prize for second place at the British BBQ Championship in Ilminster.

Yeah, I remembered you guys winning a trip to Ireland, but couldn't place the name.

It would be a shocking state of affairs if the prize was no longer valid because the organisers of the last event lost interest.

Like you I wouldn't hold my breathe!

Let us know if it does get honoured or not.

I think because i was contacted by the Limerick comp directly afterwards they should do, but you never know, i will post once i have heard back from them.
